320mm Brake Disc for R80/100GS

Brake kit for R80/100GS (disc, adapter, spacer ring, and all screws)

With ABE approval for R80GS model years 1988–1995 and R100GS model years 1988–1990.

The 320-mm brake disc is laser-cut from a single piece.
It is 5.1 mm thick and made of low-carbon steel (stainless steel is not suitable). The disc will rust, but if at all, only at the edges of the laser cut.
The slots ensure self-cleaning of the disc and the pads.
They also contribute to weight savings, and the larger surface area ensures better cooling.

Semi-floating:
The delicate connection between the brake ring and the inner section allows for the necessary thermal expansion; even if the disc gets very hot, no warping occurs. Most enduro bikes have floating calipers on the front; our disc is ideally suited for this. “Fully floating” discs should not be combined with floating calipers.
