Complete original alternator
Contains all components from the timing chain cover onwards for the complete replacement of the charging system.
This charging system has a 107 mm outer diameter (timing cover side) and a stator frame outer diameter of 107.5 mm.
Alternator rotor
-Designed to replace the original Bosch rotor with modern EnDuraLast technology
-OEM iron claw rods, ETP copper wire, nylon coil, double resin coating for insulation protection.
-Computer balanced to reduce vibration at high motor speeds.
-Special resin impregnation of the coil increases service life at high operating temperatures and motor speeds
-Manufactured in Europe from premium components
Alternator stator
-Outer diameter of the timing cover side: 107 mm
-Outer diameter of the stator frame: 107.5 mm
-Internal diameter: 74 mm
Manufactured in Europe from premium components and precision-machined in the USA.
Alternator stator frame
-New cast frame with precision machining.
-Exact replica of the original alternator cover and replaceable .
-New, clean connections.
-New brush holder and brushes.
Diode board / rectifier
-Direct replacement for fit and function.
-The diodes are 60 amp diodes, as opposed to the 50 amp diodes originally used.
-High temperature solder is used for the connections.
Voltage regulator
-Preset to 14.3 volts.
-Metal housing with molded electrical components.
-Direct assembly at the storage location.
Tools and fasteners
-Includes a special tool for removing the original alternator rotor.
-Includes the oil seal in the timing cover behind the rotor.
-Contains solid diode board mounts to replace the inadequate original rubber mounts (if fitted).
-Includes all appropriate mechanical fasteners for a fresh, clean and complete installation.
-Includes all electrical cables to connect the diode board/rectifier to the stator frame.
