This perforated and chamfered baffle plate effectively prevents crankshaft sloshing and retains the oil within the sump. The functionality of the dipstick is fully retained. The baffle is fastened at the front of the housing by 2 threads M6 within the engine mount and by a bolt M8 at the rear beneath the gearbox.
