Compression ratio according to combustion chamber 10-10.5:1.
Combustion chamber modification for 800 cc models required, push rods and cylinder studs need to be shortened.

This modification leads to extended engine life and reduced engine noises. The reduced weight of the new piston design improves the mass balancing. A lightweight conical piston pin and larger valve pockets are also featured within this kit. The complete weight (piston, pin, rings and clip) comes in at below 520 g as opposed to the standard weight of 740 g.

Included in this kit are:

2 short Mahle cylinders which reduce the width of the engine by 16mm
2 forged pistons "Made in Germany" with 3 piston rings
4 VA-push rod tubes
