Unleaded conversion & cylinder head overhaul R45 to R100 1987 includes:

• Bead blasting of cylinder heads
• renew and hone valve guides
• replace exhaust valve seats with unleaded ones
• re-seat valves
• skim cylinder head to the cylinder site
• removal and installation of valves
• renewal of valves, guides and springs.

Frequently the mating surface of the valve cover on the head is no longer true. Then the heads must also be planned valve cover side. Item No. 111898 additional 78,00 EUR

R45 and R65 models get valves with 8mm stems and the guides were upgraded.
